A sneaky project coming up soon has me looking at kids bookshops… the best and worst of them. I was lucky enough to be in Beijing for the opening of Kids Republic a few years ago… and it is still one of my favourite places on earth.
The Eason’s Artemis project in Dundrum is pretty cool too (see below) and the Lego Research and Design office looks pretty amazing (sadly, I’ve not been there. Yet.)
I’m sure I’m missing a huge number though… any favourites?
<- Kids Republic in Beijing (It’s amazing - with so many hiding places… and so many books)
.
It’s the Lego Research and Design office…no more queueing for lunch! >
And the Eason’s Artemis project in Eason’s Dundrum
Update: The Twitterati are going with gusto… the most mentions going to Books of Wonder.
Time to plan a visit!
Im not sure if this counts, but check out the Erika Mann Grundschule, in Berlin.. awesome!
