Katia Wish has been named as the winner of the 2011 Tomie dePaola Award - run by SCWBI.

Chosen by dePaola himself from more than 150 entrants - Katia nabs herseld a $1,000 gift certificate for art supplies, full tuition, transportation and accommodations to the SCBWI Annual Winter Conference and her work will will be featured at the exhibition in New York.
