Two questions -
1. is that cheeky moustachioed chimney sweep meant to be Mr DOC? It looks a hell of a lot like him in his current post-Movember state!
2. Justin Bieber one of the top-picks of the year? I presume this was put in as a joke to see if the editors were paying attention and slipped through the net?!
Nice list otherwise… though personally I think The Heart and The Bottle trumps Up and Down for best OJ title of 2010.
Hi Tom -
That is most definitely Mr David “Chim-chim-ineee” O’Callaghan. Most definitely guvna’.
With you on Oliver’s two offerings - I cried a little with Heart and the Bottle.
ps - who doesn’t love a little bit of JB?
Ha, David was sitting beside Miss Chim Chiminee herself, Jane Harris at the book awards. There was much hilarity I can tell you.
We had the best table - and the most noisy!
(nothing to do with me, honest gov!)
Sarah
PS quite right, Tom, young JUstin does not belong on any list - esp not a book list!
And Heart is far superior to Up in my book too!
