Patrick Ness and Sarah Rees Brennan
Patrick Ness and Sarah Rees Brennan were in Dublin last night - Patrick talked about encouraging young readers to write, whatever their age and Sarah gave tips on how to set apartments on fire, insult autobiographers and about finding her agent.
Both of them have new books out too - Patrick’s Monsters of Men (more here) and Sarah’s Demon’s Covenant (which is sneakily in Easons ahead of release)
To boot - one of the gang brought along a cake for both Patrick and Sarah! (What is going on? Two cakes in one week?) It was yummy - thanks @siveniven
