The Japan Image Council have announced that applications for a new round of Animation Artist in Residence Tokyo 2014.
Artists accepted spend 70 days in Tokyo (January - March) and are given the chance to work with Japanese animators, artists and a whole lot more. The calibre of winners is high, I mean DAMN HIGH, Caleb Wood, Elli Vuorinen and Emma de Swaef and to be in with a chance you need to have had a project screened at an international film festival/exhibition and be in the process of creating a new work.
